The fabric inks are water based but have been fixed with heat so the colours will not run and the cover is washable.
To make the design I cut and scored potatoes in different ways and chose a predominantly bright colour pallette to create this delightful and fun design..
I have carefully sewn the cover and it includes a concealed zip.
